Smoqued California Barbeque takes the traditionally southern practice of barbecue and gives it a west coast twist. The interior of the restaurant looks like any smokehouse one might find deep in Texas or up in Memphis. The whole establishment has a certain rustic and laid back charm that is easy to appreciate.
