Fuegos is our favorite place to go with family and friends. I’ve never had a problem with food until recently. I ordered a New York steak that lacked flavor and a little burnt on the edges. But overall our experience as always was great. Will definitely continue to eat there. I believe in bad nights and that may have been one of them. Thank you

Dining at Bistro Casanova has never let me down. Comfortable in both setting and cost, Bistro Casanova fits the bill for just about everyone’s palate. My friend and I chose the Paella, the size of which is shareable. This dish is filled with offerings from the land and sea, atop a bed of flavorfully seasoned saffron rice in a taste bud satisfying red sauce. The 1/2 carafe of Chianti wine was a perfect pairing and just the right amount, as was the complimentary (when ordering from the full menu) basket of fresh,y baked, warm from the oven ciabatta bread. The outdoor seating we chose was ideal as well.

Had our usual great meal. We reserved for 12:30 PM and noticed that some of the food is not available Will in the future reserve 11:30 AM. Dylan was great and very friendly and attentive. It takes almost 2 hours to eat which is fine with us, but some diners may find that timeframe too long.

Each meal is always prepared perfectly. Service is always a 5* Thank you for a great place to have a nice relaxing good meal priced very well on Maui.

Such a wonderful restaurant with the best food. The staff is amazing and kind.
