Our Dundee Tasting Room is open Wednesday-Monday from 11am-5pm.Well behaved children are welcome to our tasting room, we ask that they please stay in their seat during your visit. Visit us on Ribbon Ridge, where we have something for everyone!At Trisaetum Winery, we specialize in Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay and Sparkling Wines. Mushrooms are the heart of what we do at the Joel Palmer House. We have always endeavored to obtain seasonal and local ingredients and we use many locally produced greens, herbs, and vegetables, some of which come from our own culinary garden. We are frequently inspired by ingredients found in the cuisines of France, China, Thailand, Poland and India, so we call our cooking "freestyle." Always great visits but pick up parties are special. Busy but the nice friendly staff handled it well, being very attentive and explained the tastings expertly without hype. Of course, the wines are terrific and tasting pours are generous. Brixeur party coming up soon-can't wait.
