Restaurants near Lower Deadwood Guard Station

The new Chef has this place in rails. The food is fantastic. The elk tenderloin was served in a delicious not sweet huckleberry sauce with vegetables and potatoes. My wife had the wild boar pasta which was excellent. Our waitress was Vickie B. She is a veteran reserve waitress and is amazing. We paired the dinner with a superb Cab from Koenig winery.

Superb dining experience! DJ made it great from the start. 3 of us - enjoyed flatbread of the day (pepperoni bacon), Italian Harvest salad, beef florentine, beef gorgonzola gnocchi, strawberry sorbet and chocolate gelato. Also a bottle of Alki Merlot and Full Sail amber ale. Ready, set, go, to Ragazza di Bufalo in Donnelly, Idaho!

We had a nice time . Food was great . We were warmly welcomed. Then when we were leaving we were graciously treated . The views were amazing. Thank you for a great experience.

The menu on line is not the same as the menu at the restaurant. I had the chicken marsala and it was very good. Moist with lots of flavour. I would order it again. We had a table by the window and had a gorgeous view of the lake and snow capped mountains.
