Fabulous selection of food to share. Beautifully presented and tasted delicious. We took various dishes mainly fish, sushi rolls, and salads. We couldn't pick a favourite as there were so many different tastes and textures. Our waiter was attentive, and friendly, It leans more on the expensive side, for some dishes truly acceptable as they were pretty unique and yummy, others a bit overpriced, however truly a lovely experience and well worth it. Thank you.

We had the crispy pork belly special. It was very flavorful and cooked perfectly. We also had the small salads, which had lettuce and vegetables as perfect as a summer garden salad. The waiter was attentive without being overbearing. The ambience is charming. Tables near the front of the restaurant look out to the opera house. We were delighted with our total experience.

I spontaneously booked a table for two, so I didn’t have much time to read reviews beforehand. We were pleasantly surprised by the ambiance and the beautifully designed interior of the restaurant. Our table was in the Red Rose section, which was a good choice for having an understandable conversation in normal decibel. The food was delicious and well-thought-out, even as fusion cuisine. The service was exceptional—friendly and attentive, even taking care of our coats and ensuring our drinks were promptly refilled. Overall, we’ll definitely be visiting Aimy again!
