We went to Gyu kaku at a much later time on Christmas Eve and the service and food was efficient despite how busy it was. The initial food arriving was very fast but when it came time to switch the grill, paying the bill, and waiting on dessert, it took some time and the staff did their very best despite closing in the last 15min. I appreciate the staff for working through the holidays and we see everyone doing their best through the chaos.

Overall, the quality of the food was commendable; the trout Crudo was exceptional, being the highlight of the evening. However, the Pibil was somewhat lacking in flavor, preventing it from being a true standout. Nevertheless, the overall experience was excellent. Thank you. It is worth noting that the server appeared to harbor a significant discontent with his role, though he made an effort to conceal his unfavorable demeanor with a sardonic smile.

Restaurant is cozy with warm lighting, beautiful green plants and black and gold tones. Every bite of our food - artichoke hummus, bison carpaccio and charred cabbage - was so delicious and went perfectly with our French Chenin Blanc. Definitely will be going back and making this a regular spot, for a date or catch up with friends.

Bridgette Bar has somehow managed to pair an intimidate dinner party feeling with an exclusive experience, it feels a little like a fancy dinner party hosted at a friends, but with a menu and cocktail selection that could only be accomplished by professionals. Each plate had a special, delicious twist and the t-bone steak was perfection.
