Aloha, we are open daily from 7:00am to 11:00pm and are located on the waterfront of Waikiki Beach inside the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort. Le chef Le et son équipe proposent une cuisine traditionnelle d'Asie du Sud-Est aux influences modernes préparée avec des produits frais de la région. Vous pourrez notamment déguster des plats réputés tels que le banh mi et le pho, ainsi que des spécialités contemporaines. Le est l'un des rares chefs proposant une cuisine moderne aux influences d'Asie du Sud-Est à avoir reçu des critiques dithyrambiques. Cette passion lui a été inculquée par sa mère, dont il conserve le souvenir des délicieux plats qu'elle préparait dans son enfance. Le restaurant est ouvert du lundi au samedi pour le dîner et le souper. Les propriétaires possèdent toujours un stand sur les marchés fermiers de Blaisdell, Kailua et KCC.
