Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our time here. Thank you, Colwyn, and the entire team at Nightingale for such a memorable experience. We’ll be back! Eating in the dome was a new experience for us, so we didn't know what to expect. We absolutely loved it, and enjoyed a romantic dinner. The 5 course dinner was a hit as was the wine pairing. The food was amazing, and a nice treat for Christmas dinner.

We had the perfect Christmas Eve buffet. A lovely quiet table in the lower section as requested. The selections from the buffet were excellent…everything we could have wished for and more..well presented, hot, and delicious. The desserts were very festive and tasty. We were given a little gift of sweets upon departure..a very nice touch. Priced well…excellent value.

Mia our server was great. Got our kids food out first and made sure we got our orders and were happy.
