Amazing experience. Went there on a date and the staff really made us feel welcome and weren't overbearing. The food was outstanding and just so fresh. We didn't wait long either, although it was a quiet night. Great selection of wine and food in general. Great place for a meal out with friends, date or with the family. Very nice atmosphere, which at times, I find hard to come by in Basingstoke.

Really enjoyable Sunday lunch in a quaint traditional pub restaurant. The atmosphere with Christmas decorations and wood fire made it so cosy. Lovely staff and a great menu. Drinks were pricey but food was good value. The service was absolutely first class. We will be spending many Sunday lunches here in 2025 Many thanks

Wonderful meal, although had to wait for a time to get initial drink. Was disappointed that they tried to get us to pay for bottled water when we asked for tap water! Lovely touch with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco

I found my meal enough for me .however my husband found it a bit small . Cooked well very nice. Staff welcoming . Helpful. Lovely place was recommended to me.
