Your adventure at Meadow Vue Ranch begins between 6:15 and 6:45 pm on a Wednesday or Saturday night. The first item of business is checking in at the cook shack you will get your tickets and pay for the rodeo and dinner. After checking in it is great time to go pick a seat next to the rodeo arena so that you can see all the action that is about to happen. 7 pm the rodeo begins with the presentation of the flag and the national anthem. There is something special about the national anthem at a rodeo. The action shifts to the mounted drill the children that are participating in our summer camp. The kids get to show all of the skills that they have learned over the past week. It is about to get western as it is time to check out the action down at the bucking shoots where we have bull riding, saddle bronc riding, and bareback riding. We bring in cowboys & cowgirls from all of the West Yellowstone area to come compete at our rodeos.

En février 2008, le groupe Fine Dining Restaurant, célèbre pour son Rendezvous Bistro et le Q Roadhouse, a apporté les saveurs de l'Italie à Jackson Hole avec l'ouverture de Il Villaggio Osteria. Celui-ci est situé à l'intérieur de l'hôtel Terra, le premier établissement certifié LEED de l'État et seulement le cinquième aux États-Unis. Ce restaurant intimiste propose un bar à vin de 12 places et un bar à salami qui en compte 8, d'où vous pourrez admirer le choix de charcuteries et de fromages importés qui seront tranchés à la main selon les commandes et provenant des meilleurs fournisseurs du pays. Pâtes maison, olives farcies à la saucisse, délicieux vins et entrées complètent ce menu exquis.
