In the Royal Lancaster Hotel, the Nipa Thai restaurant has been named after the original Nipa Restaurant in the Landmark Hotel in Bangkok. Lots of teak panelling, traditional Thai furnishings and artefacts lend an authentic air. All the staff dressed in traditional Thai costume are from Thailand - even the lady chefs. This authentic Thai restaurant is one of the first 15 recipients of the 'Thai Select' award - this award has been described as being the first ever Michelin-style award for Thai restaurants proven to be performing to the highest standards of quality and cuisine, and is awarded by the Thai Government. We think this award sums up Nipa Thai rather nicely. What's cooking? We had the most delicious and enjoyable afternoon tea at The Royal Lancaster Hotel on 14th December. Despite being very early for our appointment we were accommodated in another part of the hotel which was just perfect. The service was outstanding and the smallest detail and request attended to swiftly and perfectly. The creations of the pastry chef were quite amazing and delicious. Great artistry. My party of husband, daughter-in-law, granddaughter and myself had the most wonderful experience. Thank you.

A delicious dinner was had by all at the Tumeric Kitchen in Paddington. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. The service is excellent. The garlic naans were so light and delicious. The portions of the main meals were generous and very tasty. I can thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

We had the perfect English Pub visit. Environment was cozy. Best fish and chips ever! Sarah was our server and she was OUTSTANDING... helping us with several beer selections and kid friendly meal options. Fantastic place to be!
