    Our server Katie was lovely, but apparently no one told her I had texted that I wanted the check or to bring out birthday dessert for our friend before asking if anyone wanted dessert. I had emailed that to the restaurant. Our one friend’s grouper was overcooked and our bill was adjusted. I ordered tuna and I’ve always had it thinly sliced . I had a hard time with a thick chunk of barely seared tuna. My husband traded with me and I enjoyed the redfish

    This is our second time dining at Alfred's. Our first experience in the summer of 2024 was so extraordinary that we have been plotting to get back. Their prix fixe menu offered during February was such an appealing offer that we came all the way from Charleston just to dine here. It did not disappoint. The cream of mushroom soup was absolutely luscious. We brought our friends from Charleston who also enjoyed it. We relied upon our server's advice for our wines and he chose perfectly. Our tummies are so full and our hearts are happy that we came to dine. We look forward to coming back again as soon as possible. Do not miss going to. Alfred's - it is an extraordinary restaurant.
