Chef Tom Bidios found himself lost in the Deep South of Northern America whilst travelling and there discovered his passion for the soulful food that is at its core. A cuisine that’s yet to be fully explored in Perth but is soulful, homely and undeniable delicious. Expect to not only experience things more familiar like Oysters, Wood fired meat, fried chicken & croquette’s … because that is just the beginning. service was impeccable, waitress was lovely and extremely helpful and tentative to us the entire evening. cocktails bartender really knew his stuff too. food was great, definitely coming back soon.
