My girlfriend and I celebrated our one-year anniversary at The Melting Pot, and we were absolutely blown away by the incredible hospitality and service. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, but what really made the night special was the way the staff went above and beyond to create a memorable experience for us. The manager, Jesse, was outstanding; his thoughtfulness and attention to detail were unlike anything I’ve seen before. He made sure we felt truly celebrated, adding special touches that made the evening feel even more meaningful. Our server, Zoey (or Zoe), was fantastic as well; friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. This was hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had, and we’re so grateful for the team at The Melting Pot for making our anniversary truly special. We’ll definitely be back!

Good was excellent. Servers were great. Everything was great so much better than the one in downtown saint louis. The only thing I had a problem with was I had a 6pm reservation and got there at 6:05 and wasn’t seated until about 6:20. Why even do a reservation if we were not seated on time.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband's birthday dinner. I am gluten dairy free and our waitress Cat was fantastic in helping me to navigate the menu, and helped with delicious wine pairings. We can't wait to go back!

We went for a late lunch on a cold holiday Monday. Even though we made reservations on short notice, the hostess was able to get one of our favorite tables freed up for us, which was a very nice start! Our server was busy checking out a large party, but he made sure that we were taken well care of while he was finishing up. Hummus and Pita was a nice way to start as we were both hungry and it comes out pretty quickly. My wife really enjoyed the pasta special with beef tenderloin and cheese ravioli. I had the Bill's Chicken salad with the Crispy Coconut Chicken and it was very good and we enjoyed a nice bottle of wine with our meal. Overall a very nice, relaxing afternoon.
