Our Team is excited to welcome you to The Shed Restaurant. Reservations are essential via the above booking portal. The latter may evoke a sense of familiarity among weekenders visiting from Melbourne, but it’s also a solid hint at the pedigree behind this place.The Only Hospitality Group (Bentwood, Stanley and Hotel Collingwood) took over and refreshed the site at the end of 2021, retaining the textured curves and decorative fluting on the building’s historic facade.Inside is bright and airy with polished concrete and soft timbers throughout. We had a wonderful experience at the new Red Hill Estate. We shared a salami pizza and lamb ragout rigatoni, the table service, provided by Arlene, was first class. Robert then helped us with a tasting and wine sale and joining the Red Hill Estate wine club. All in all, a great experience.

It was a beautiful late summer afternoon and we had a beautiful mean with the fixed courses. A lovely bottle of Rose complimented the food and surroundings. Will definitely come back and would recommend it to anyone

Food was delicious, drinks were amazing and the guest singer was brilliant. Ex member of Captain Spaulding and was a great entertainer and genuinely nice guy who stopped by the table a few times to chat and reminisce about old times. Definitely going back.
