Owner Greg Carelli with help from his father Gene wanted to offer guests authentic Italian cuisine in a contemporary setting that features a large open flame fireplace, mosaic tiles, natural Birch woods, and warm lighting. Second time coming here. This is a MUST during the Holidays season as it is inside Hotel Boulderado and they have an Irish Spruce tree in the lobby and it is completely decorated for Christmas. Recommend making reservations because they are always busy OR you can sit at the bar OR just order coffee at the coffee window. We had Brunch menu- Corned beef hash (made in-house), Breakfast Burrito, OJ, cinnamon latte with oat milk and lavender latte with oat milk Great staff and fast service. Parking is challenging but you can valet if you can’t find street parking.
