Chef Tom Bidios found himself lost in the Deep South of Northern America whilst travelling and there discovered his passion for the soulful food that is at its core. A cuisine that’s yet to be fully explored in Perth but is soulful, homely and undeniable delicious. City View is a fantastic location for a casual meal in a relaxed environment with excellent views of the Swan River and Perth skyline. Menu has enough options for a casual lunch. All choices are reasonably priced.
