Where to start! The food was absolutely amazing! The steaks were mouth watering and cooked to perfection. I’m not a bread pudding girl but oj my goodness we got the banana fosters bread pudding and it was absolutely amazing. Our server suggested it with a scoop of ice cream to go along and wow. I’m wishing I had more. Service was amazing. I wish I would have caught his name but he was very attentive and made sure we always had what we wanted and needed. We will be back! Most amazing meal we have had in a while!

We arrived on time and our table was ready. Our waiter Chase was especially friendly, efficient, attentive and visited our table regularly, refilling our glasses and checking on the food. In fact, several of the staff helped him out to make sure we were well attended. The salad bar is one of the largest and most beautiful I've ever seen with 50+ choices, including cheeses, bacon, smoked salmon, clam chowder and other hot dishes. Several of us ordered the 6 oz of protein in addition to the salad bar. Their steak is amazingly tender and delicious but it was brought out just as we were beginning to enjoy our salad. My only negative comment would be that I would prefer to eat my salad (slowly) before the meat is brought out, at which point I felt I needed to hurry and eat the meat first while it was hot. I feel the waiter should at least ask if and when the patron would like the meat to be served. Other than that, the service was impeccable. This wasn't my first visit to this facility and this particular aspect was handled differently (and better) on my previous visit. Everyone in my party was delighted with all and everything so we will return again, but request they hold our meat until we are ready.

Excellent steaks, cooked perfectly (medium rare). We had sides of green beans w/ prosciutto & almonds - especially liked these - and the Mac & cheese. Our server, Jordan, was great - attentive without being obtrusive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu and offerings. A wonderful dining experience. This was our first experience with The Republic, and we will definitely go back.

First time dining in for a date, and the entire atmosphere was amazing. Nothing disappointed, the service was amazing, and as well the food was delicious.

Although we had to have Valentines dinner at 3pm due to no reservations at 5-8pm, it still went extremely well. Staff was great, food was excellent!
