We are a high-low, fine-casual concept making simple, seasonal American cuisine inspired by the culinary traditions of Italy, France, & Spain. We had a spectacular experience at Roe. I can’t wait to go back. Every dish we had was amazing and the ambience really set the mood for a great dinner. The staff was very friendly and made sure to check on us very frequently.

Coming from metro Phoenix which has great food, we have been pleasantly surprised by the many wonderful restaurants in Bellingham. But Carnal is a cut above. Big city vibe, and creative menu. A tad on the pricey side, but well worth it.
