It was just a perfect night, celebrating a birthday. We had so much fun Torri was lovely and knows her menu. She had some great suggestions for us and just a pleasure to talk too. The food was sooooo good, each time someone took a bit it was dead silence, big smile and a little shuffle. We had the amuse, oh my heavens what an incredible first bit, Jack exact words were that set me up for the rest of the meal. Salmon tartare was perfect as was the beef carpaccio, Mike felt it was the best he ever had, and he has had a lot! The halibut risotto was lovely. We will be back it was a Monday, so everything was slow and quiet what a perfect night.

We loved our experience at Chop! They made us feel very welcomed, and helped us celebrate my sisters birthday. Our server was very attentive and the atmosphere was lovely. The manager also stopped in to personally welcome us as it was our first time (and a birthday) which was just so sweet. Our food was amazing and we really enjoyed everything. We will absolutely be back!

I had a great birthday dinner here! I was even serenaded. We had duck spring rolls to start (the sauce was so yummy) and my partner had the Gnocchi & I had the Halibut Cheek, we were both very happy (and both enjoyed a few bites of each other's entree as well). The toffee pudding was the perfect way to end, and I always love DeeDee's ice cream, the sesame was novel and complemented the cake very well!

Service was great and the food excellent. One of our favourite places to eat.

This was our second time for dinner at Salt and Ash. We loved the ambiance and the food and service were amazing both times!
