Restaurants near Bevelheimer Park

We have been to the New Albany location of Bendi Wok twice. Both times is has been excellent. The service was wonderful. I reserved a specific location in the restaurant and they were able to make that happen. The food is great! We love the pork Bao Buns, the Chicken Lettuce Wraps, and especially the Korean BBQ ribs!

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the staff. You truly made my fiancée and I’s night unforgettable. The romantic ambiance was incredibly warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a special evening. Although I can’t recall the names of my server and the hostess—who I believe was the lovely blonde lady in the rose shirt—I want you to know how much their efforts meant to us. I was so touched when she reached out earlier in the week to confirm our reservation and to inquire about how I planned to surprise my fiancée with the earrings. Knowing how anxious I was about the entire plan, it meant the world to have such thoughtful support from the team. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that our night was memorable, and it absolutely was! Our server was fantastic as well. He really knew the menu inside and out, providing wonderful suggestions to help us navigate our first experience at the restaurant. We are already looking forward to making another reservation because this place has quickly become our favorite, even surpassing Hyde Park downtown in our eyes. Thank you once again from the bottom of my heart for creating such a calming and beautiful atmosphere for our Valentine’s Day dinner. We can’t wait to return soon! - Nathan H.

Our experience was exceptional. Our server, John, was both pleasant and highly knowledgeable about the evening’s specials. While the prime rib was a bit grainy, John promptly addressed the issue and replaced it with a higher-quality steak, ensuring a wonderful dining experience. We highly recommend Hudson29, New Albany!

Great as usual. Only complaint is they started using garlic seasoning for their fries some months ago and still are. The new seasoning is not for me. The way they seasoned the fries before I always told people they had the best fries I have ever had.

Dami ( Danny?) was our server and she was the best waitress we’ve ever had there! Food was great. One more game table would be nice.
