Marche, located in Eugene, Oregon, opened in August 1998. The restaurant, which seats 80 guests, has an exhibition kitchen featuring a beautiful wood-fired oven. As always, simply exquisite. The red snapper last night was probably the best piece of white fish I've had in decades. It actually tastes like something. Truffle ravioli were decadent and delicious. Always 10/10.

We were there for Thanksgiving. My husband had the traditional turkey, stuffing etc., but I tried the scallops with parsnip puree, and it was delicious! Out server, Ellex was sweet and knowledgeable. It was our first time there and she was very helpful with menu questions. They have a side selection of bottled wines. I can't wait to go back in the summer when we can sit outside with a view of the river.
