- RRachelManchester/Greater Manchester •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoSo pleased we visited this delightful bistro in Marple. We took the train from Manchester having seen their Instagram feed - the menu looked great. It did not disappoint. The menu was small plates and we had 8 between 4 of us. The oysters are a must try! Every dish was explained and unrushed. Perfect and attentive service and just a really friendly place where the style and food totally hit the spot!! Thanks Fold we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!More infoFold Bistro & Bottle ShopPrice: Expensive• British• Marple•4.8
- NNeetaManchester/Greater Manchester •1 review4.0Dined 4 days agoThe food was very good. We ordered chicken Momos, hakka noodles, chicken lollipops and chicken biriani. All the food tasted delicious but the biriani was outstanding. The only thing which would have been nice is some Indian music. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend a visit to the restaurant.More infoMokshaPrice: Moderate• Indian• Ashton-Under-Lyne•4.6
- CCheryllVIPManchester/Greater Manchester •27 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThis was our first experience of a Wine Night, and it won't be the last! Hispi exceeded our expectations yet again. The menu was so imaginative, and as always everything was freshly and expertly cooked. My partner particularly enjoyed the melt-in-the-mouth roasted corn-fed chicken breast, while my stand-out was the Jerusalem artichoke and Madeira soup which had the most incredible flavour and velvety texture. It was great to have the paired wines - there were four of these, and they all complemented the food perfectly. We were given just enough information about each one, explaining the choice and emphasising specific features. I'd single out the amazing Domaine J. Laurens, Limoux Methode Ancestrale, Languedoc that accompanied dessert - it was the most delicious sparkling wine I've ever tasted. There was a lovely, cosy atmosphere; we were served by three members of staff, all of whom were welcoming and friendly while being also entirely professional. There was never any sense of being rushed, and we were given opportunities to 'rest' before the next course. All in all a fabulous and memorable night out, and excellent value for the outstanding quality of the experience.More infoHispiPrice: Expensive• Bistro• Manchester•4.8
