The intimate restaurant deftly juxtaposes modern orange vinyl chairs with black and white portraits of Bridgehampton’s agrarian history, handblown glassware with delicate seasonal flowers. Featuring one-on-one service, the restaurant cozily seats 50 while offering a more relaxed atmosphere in the warm months on our private patio, which has been reconfigured to capture the beauty and peacefulness of our Inn’s garden. Our thoughtfully playful dinner menus change bi-weekly, with the season, and feature the best available, locally-gathered ingredients. That means 800+ recipes a year - how exciting! After many years of excellent meals, I had the best meal ever last night at BHI. The poached oysters and Dover sole were a religious experience. Kyle’s craft cocktails were stellar and it was marvelous to see Glenn and John before they are off on their well-deserved January vacation. AND….Elena was on top form; it’s always a delight to see her. Have a good break and see you in February.

Impeccable. Fun atmosphere. Great cocktails and wine list. Food is executed to perfection. Had the Osso Buco and Foies Gras , it was fantastic. Staff is extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Try the new Hot Chocolate on the dessert menu, it was the best I have ever had.
