- CChristopherVIPWorcestershire •69 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoA good friend travelled many miles to meet me. I chose the Ivy as I have been going there ever since it opened in Birmingham and eat in the many Ivy restaurants in London and elsewhere. I trust the menu and the wine list. Today the only things that went wrong were a polite request for the table I usually get or the second best table ( in my opinion). Yet having booked several weeks ago both were taken. When were they booked? Secondly the double espresso arrived cold. It was unlike the Ivy to do that. I have known all the previous managers but not the present one. I must introduce myself at my next visit.More infoThe Ivy Temple RowPrice: Expensive• Contemporary British• Birmingham•4.4

- MMrs MaureenShropshire •1 review5.0Dined on Feb 6, 2025We decided to have the 5 course tasting menu as we are older and felt daunted by the idea of 10 courses. This was an excellent decision. With all the delicious snacks and nibbles in the bar before and after the main meal, 5 courses were ample for us. We’ve never had such delicious food. Every mouthful was a delight, in taste and texture. It was such a great experience, which we will never forget. The service was also excellent, staff being friendly and attentive throughout, arriving promptly and explaining every dish. We also had the wine pairing and can highly recommend that - fabulous wines and again excellent descriptions of each. Everything was perfect.More infoOpheemPrice: Very Expensive• Indian• Birmingham•4.9
