The dome-shaped venue on the Hoe, aptly named The Dome, was designed by architect Tony Irish. The Dome was first opened in July 1988 as part of Mayflower commemorations in Plymouth and started life as a local museum and tourist information centre.Designed to have the Art Deco feel and opulence of a 1930s ocean liner, the venue’s bar will feature an extensive wine and gin list, a selection of cocktails plus a full range of beers, ciders and soft drinks.The restaurant’s menu will feature fresh, local and seasonal produce and will include fish sourced from local day boats. In 2017 Holly and Ali moved down to Plymouth for a new life away from London. Passion for all things pizza and years of hospitality life brought about Knead pizza.Starting in Plymouth market and honing our skills to try and work out our perfect pizza. We moved into The LHA garden in 2019 due to that thing we wont mention and started cooking with flame. Our third year in the row visiting Emelia at the start of January. The menu never disappoints with beautiful Italian dishes. Drinks are always excellent. Service great, very friendly and welcoming for us and our little dog.

Very helpful and friendly staff, excellent food and lots of it. Extremely quiet for a Friday night which surprised me. Stayed over in my van and facilities were good, warm and clean. Easy access straight into the moor. Decent breakfast. Will return.

We were well looked after, despite the late arrival of most of our party! We were not hurried or made to feel as though it was a problem. The meal was reasonably priced and all of our party enjoyed the food and the dining experience.
