Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Sugar Factory Tampa will be located on the Mezzanine level of the casino, overlooking the grand entrance, within the newly opened hotel and casino. The 120-seat full-service restaurant will feature the brand’s signature confectionary, which boasts a 4,000-square-foot, floor-to-ceiling candy wall with over 500 types of candy, including a selection of bulk and novelty candy like the world-famous Couture Pops.     Great from start to finish. Friendly, engaging staff. Entire restaurant clean, contemporary and inviting. Food was inventive and thoughtfully prepared...not to mention delicious. Restaurant-specific barrel bourbon from Elijah Craig was special (beautiful big square ice cube). Wine list is clean (not too many choices to be overwhelming) but with enough choices for all wine drinkers. We sat at the bar and, so, had front row seats to watch the cooks do their thing. It was great. Had interesting talks with multiple chefs, including the executive chef, who came to ask how everything was. I would definitely/strongly recommend this place and hope to go back next time I'm in Tampa Bay.

    We have been dining at Iavarone’s for decades. Always a real pleasurable experience. We have been there for many birthday & anniversary celebrations. We have brought many family visitors & local friends. Recommend it a lot. Great food. Excellent service both at the bar & in the dining areas.
