We came for my birthday dinner and we were very pleased with our meal. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. We highly recommend the scallop and pork belly appetizer. For main entrees, we had salmon and the mushroom pasta. Both were excellent. We will definitely be returning.

My order of Braised Short Ribs was fantastic. It included mashed potatoes, root vegetables and two onion rings. My husband ordered steak and it comes with nothing. He ordered a separate potato. I was surprised that his plate was just the small steak. I thought they could have dressed it up just a bit with some lettuce, sliced tomato or a few onion rings. Especially since the price was so high.

Was perfect for a couples dinner just to spend time together and the food was delish!

Last night was my husband's and my first time ever going to this restaurant and in my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Buffalo we have been to. It is our Anniversary and we had Victoria (Tori) for our server and she was so knowledgeable of the menu. I am Gluten Intolerant and she knew right away what I could indulge in and what was off limits. She had the specials memorized like a boss and was so attentive. The steak was cooked to perfection and the lobster risotto was delicious. The Limencello Margarita was the best margarita I have ever had, and I love tequila and margaritas! They have little biography cards on your table about your server, which I think is a great touch. I can't wait to come back to Buffalo and come back to Giancarlo's and request Tori!

Drove through a storm to make it for our reservation and it was worth it! Came for that chicken parm you see all over social media. The chicken was so tender and moist and the it was topped with so much gooey cheese. It did not disappoint! My second favorite thing was the meatballs in the Italian Wedding soup. It was such a surprise biting into one. The most tender meatballs I've ever had. And the pasta in the soup was al dente. Calamari was very good but If they tweaked the breading I think it could be better as it would fall off as you are picking it up with a fork. The sauce is very unique and delicious. Half spicy arrabbiata and half cooling parm. The carbonara was a bit on the salty side but the sauce was super creamy and had a good amount of meat. Service was very friendly and attentive. Food comes out pretty quick and it's very high quality. We're already planning to come back for that amazing parm again and to try some other dishes. Thank you for the amazing experience!
