- TTomGreater Boston •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoFantastic experience. We ended up wanting to show up a little earlier than our reservation, and they were very accommodating. The food, atmosphere and people were excellent. If you want something small, intimate, relatively quiet with an outstanding menu, this is your place. This was our third visit. We'll probably go again the next time we're in town, well done!More infoIsa Bistro - PortlandPrice: Expensive• Bistro• Portland•4.9

KEVIN provided us with exceptional cocktails and lunch recommendations. Super cute spot for lunch or dinner, looking forward to coming back!More infoDavid's RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Portland•4.7
- GGlenVIPGreater Boston •52 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoEven though I messed up on the reservation time and our party therefore arrived late, the hosts were very gracious, welcoming and accommodating. We were seated right away at a great table (I think any table in there would be great, truly). Our server Stefan was terrific, attentive and helpful. The drinks and food were excellent, with very interesting flavors and flavor combinations. Though it is a bit pricey, the experience is worth it and I highly recommend it.More infoLucky CheetahPrice: Expensive• Dim Sum• Portland•4.7

- SSandraGreater Boston •31 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe had a wonderful Christmas eve dinner at Solo Italiano (with the help of an early Christmas gift card!) The Il Cappon Magro was a really fun and different antipasti starter course for a special evening. As we were walking to our table, we had seen in the prep area behind the glass, this rather giant jello mold looking mound with shrimp that piqued our interest. Upon inquiring, we discovered it was a "traditional Genovese fish layered 'cake' of halibut, scallop, lobster, Gulf shrimp, mussels, salsa verde, beets, cauliflower, carrots, green beans and potatoes!" (took photo of description off the menu!) We shared a very large serving, and thoroughly enjoyed it, although too much for the 2 of us to finish as an appetizer! For our main courses, we had a very good stuffed ravioli as well as an amazing "Filetto in Crosta" beef tenderloin in puff pastry with foie gras & prosciutto, served with Brussels sprouts, their house steak sauce and winter truffles. The wonderful chocolatey dessert was a great finish!More infoSolo ItalianoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Portland•4.7
