Specializing in aburi, or flamed-seared, sushi, the act of applying flame directly and lightly searing sushi enhances the natural flavours and textures of the seafood. Miku owner, Seigo Nakamura, innovated the Aburi concept by crafting specialty sauces using non-traditional Japanese ingredients to pair with each type of fish.Located at the corner of Howe Street and Canada Place WayMichelin RecommendedWinner of Wine Spectator Award 2024OpenTable's Top 100 Restaurants 2024Executive Chef: Kazuhiro Hayashi

Chop Steakhouse & Bar Coal Harbour offers a remarkable steak dining experience, with views of Cruise Ships and the North Shore Mountains. Located near the West Convention Centre, this spot seems perfect for both business meals and casual enjoyment. Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

Every day funk is what going Rogue is all about. Crazy tall light fixtures and walls that glow set against sand-blasted brick and well-worn hardwood floors. Menu-wise, going Rogue means doing things in the kitchen others said couldn’t be done. Like a completely fresh burger served medium-rare to make it the juiciest and best tasting in town. Or corn-dogs your not supposed to want but secretly crave. Going Rogue means your horizons are greater than the “usual suspects” of chain restaurants. Rogue gives it’s customer an eclectic enough offering of food and surroundings, that they can feel and be themselves. You can go Rogue when you’re slumming, you can go Rogue when you need to impress. You can go Rogue with a date, your mates or with your boss. Best of all, you can afford to go Rogue every day of the week. Need a stiff drink and tasty meal to get you through your daily grind and have enough left over to do it all again tomorrow? Go Rogue.

Miku is truly one of our favorite restaurants in Vancouver! The food is consistently outstanding, offering a perfect blend of flavors and presentation. Their signature Aburi sushi is a must-try and never disappoints. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with stunning waterfront views that add to the dining experience. It's the ideal spot for any occasion, whether it’s a casual outing or a special celebration. The service is top-notch—professional, attentive, and always friendly. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you have an excellent experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional Japanese cuisine in downtown Vancouver!

Exceptional staff, service, ambiance, food quality and hospitality. This is my third time enjoying Hector’s creations and he never disappoints. The Botanist staff is worth experiencing as much as the food. Absolutely superb quality and food pairing, wine paring and menu creativity. The menu changes with the season but if you are around in the winter anything suck, lamb or pepper salmon is and will be divine. This is a must experience!

The Christmas dinner special was spectacular and don't forget to bring a full wallet!! The 5 course meal was absolutely spectacular with the tenderloin and the scallops stealing the show. Michael, our server was on the ball, funny and attentive but not overly. The rest of the staff were on point as well with everything and we had 6 people to the table with every one of them engaging and efficient with their service. The star of the show however was the general manager, Jason who made us Cafe Diabos at the table. Jason was spot on with his origin story and the history here in Vancouver. He repeated the same spectacular show at at least 6 tables and one of them asking for the event twice! It is a must visit for everyone that is out of a special evening in Vancouver. Plan for this one!

Great food selection with rotating menu and attentive service with frequent check-ins to clear dishes. The restaurant has limited capacity which makes this buffet less crowded and people feel more relaxed when getting their food. Great atmosphere with fantastic view.
