Miku is truly one of our favorite restaurants in Vancouver! The food is consistently outstanding, offering a perfect blend of flavors and presentation. Their signature Aburi sushi is a must-try and never disappoints. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with stunning waterfront views that add to the dining experience. It's the ideal spot for any occasion, whether it’s a casual outing or a special celebration. The service is top-notch—professional, attentive, and always friendly. Exceptional staff, service, ambiance, food quality and hospitality. This is my third time enjoying Hector’s creations and he never disappoints. The Botanist staff is worth experiencing as much as the food. Absolutely superb quality and food pairing, wine paring and menu creativity. The menu changes with the season but if you are around in the winter anything suck, lamb or pepper salmon is and will be divine. This is a must experience!

The Christmas dinner special was spectacular and don't forget to bring a full wallet!! The 5 course meal was absolutely spectacular with the tenderloin and the scallops stealing the show. Michael, our server was on the ball, funny and attentive but not overly. The rest of the staff were on point as well with everything and we had 6 people to the table with every one of them engaging and efficient with their service. The star of the show however was the general manager, Jason who made us Cafe Diabos at the table. Jason was spot on with his origin story and the history here in Vancouver. He repeated the same spectacular show at at least 6 tables and one of them asking for the event twice! It is a must visit for everyone that is out of a special evening in Vancouver. Plan for this one!

Great food selection with rotating menu and attentive service with frequent check-ins to clear dishes. The restaurant has limited capacity which makes this buffet less crowded and people feel more relaxed when getting their food. Great atmosphere with fantastic view.
