Food and services were also excellent! The only issue was the a/c wasn’t working well and with the grill going it was made the experience for us to feel hot and sweaty during the meal!

We had the best view of the sunset during our Christmas dinner. We were worried that 4:45 was too early, but it was perfect as we had time for drinks and apps. Our mains arrived just as the sun dipped below the horizon. Service was excellent and our experience made this holiday extra special. Thank you Hula Grill!

This is my spouses first time to Hawaii. With it being Christmas Eve we were related to know we could still make last minute reservations for dinner after our other activity was interrupted by another guests personal emergency. Although it was “late” the staff was absolutely wonderful and service was quit and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend dining her with your family or for a special occasion. I would suggest that “on the 3rd” floor be added to the directions or information on all platforms.

We had one of the best experiences ever at Ruths Chris. We have been to numerous Ruths Chris around the world. Our server Asia was fantastic and we were greeted by an amazing manager by the name of Matt. They made my birthday very special by bringing me a birthday dessert And accommodated us for a reservation for Christmas Day.

Comfortable, welcoming atmosphere and wonderfully kind service. Great place for families. Food was reasonably priced and delicious!
