The owner was amazing. She helped us with changing our reservation at the last minute. And she could not have been more accommodating. The food was excellent. The fish and chips were some of the best we’ve ever had. And the service and ambience were great.

I spent Thanksgiving at The Palm for a table of 8. Some had the pre fixe and others ordered off the menu. The ambiance is fantastic and the manager Chris was exceptional accommodating of our numerous reservation adjustments. Food was lovely and very cozy warm vibes. 10/10 dining experience especially for a larger party on a holiday

Three staff is EXCELLENT!!! Everyone from the hostess, to the runners to the waiter, all fantastic! Food was VERY VERY good, great flavors. Some portions were good size, others need to be a little larger, especially based on price. Dessert, chocolate cake was Great. The alcoholic drinks are WAY TOO OVERPRICED. Would love to have had a second drink, not easy to expensive and not enough alcohol in the mixed drinks.

Fantastic meal and incredible service. The staff were welcoming and wonderful and also helped our table pick out some really excellent wine to pair with our dinner. Don’t sleep on the braised pork cheeks, the fluke tartare, or the sticky date pudding, all so delicious. 10/10.
