Restaurants near Carite State Forest

This was our second time coming here. The first time we came to Marmalade was in or around February of 2022. It was our first experience in a fine dining restaurant. We were not disappointed. Since then, we have been only to one other fine-dining restaurant besides Marmalade, but it just doesn’t compare to this one. Marmalade is more intimate, the food here is exceptional, and when we went last night we personally enjoyed it more this second time around. The tiny bean soup, the lamb, the popcorn shrimp, the organic beef tartar with the truffles (we had truffles!) was all absolutely delicious. The desserts are so creative and unlike anything I’ve ever had in my life before. A lot of complexity, beautiful presentations, savory…absolutely the best! I have a hard time believing I would be able to find a better fine dining experience with good value as Marmalade!

Christina was so attentive and kind. The food is outstanding as the whole team. We had a wonderful time with our son. Recommended for any occasion. Decoration so unique, simply beautiful. We will be back soon! We are foodies, and we considered Lala the best restaurant in Puerto Rico, and we’ve been in a lots of restaurants! Bravissimo!!

The service was outstanding! Our server went above and beyond! The food was really good! The only thing I will change is to tone down the music a little since it’s hard to have a conversation. The restaurant is beautiful! I recommend it full !

So far, this is the best meal I’ve had during my vacation in Puerto Rico. Great service, nice ambiance.
