Step aboard our beautifully restored Norwegian railway carriage.Our Daughter-and-Mother team owns and operates the restaurant Mia and Isara McCallum. Mia McCallum is from Phuket, Thailand, and is in charge of the dining experience. Isara is our main chef, also born in South Thailand. She brings her passion for traditional Thai cooking to the heart of Highland Perthshire.
