- JJeffreyVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •19 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had a wonderful meal at Esther's on Wed Dec 18th. We started and ended our evening in the cocktail bar (2nd level) with Jasper as our bartender. He made us speciality drinks, shared drink ideas and really enhanced our experience. Our meal was outstanding. I have food allergies and the Chef accommodate my needs with no issues. The waiter was excellent, efficient and fun. This was our first meal at their new location. We will be back!!More infoEsther’s KitchenPrice: Expensive• Italian• Downtown•4.7
- VVinceLas Vegas •8 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWonderful meal for our date night. Had the bone-in rib eye and wife had the filet. We both rated our steaks as one of the best we’ve had. Cooked perfectly to our order and tender and juicy. I added the roasted bone marrow. A tasty addition to my rib eye. My wife passed on tasting it. Our drinks were so good. Consigliere was like a Manhattan. Got a table at the dining room window looking straight down Fremont. Nick was our server and made the experience a night to remember. One of the best steak houses anywhere on the Strip or Downtown. Will be going back to experience their Happy Hour soon.More infoOscar's Steakhouse at the Plaza Hotel & CasinoPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Plaza•4.7
- MMAURASan Diego •12 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThis was our second visit to Javier’s and it was just as exceptional as the first time. Our server, Orlando, was outstanding and recommended a fantastic dish (seafood trio enchiladas)! The only negative comment I have is the bartenders threw glass bottles in the trash and it was so very loud and disturbing.More infoJavier's RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Mexican• Aria Hotel & Casino•4.8
- EElleChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoI’m still in disbelief that somehow I secured a reservation from a random cancellation via OpenTable. I simply chose some dates that if I were able to get reservations, I could actually fly to Vegas 🎰 Tip: surprisingly, reservation cancellations do come up, but you have to have notifications set on OpenTable app because these are grabbed in a split second. I had 8:45pm reservations. I got there at 8pm but had to wait for my friend who lives in Vegas. They held my booth, and my request for Frank Sinatra’s old table. It was so cool, honestly, that if the food sucked, I was still okay with it. We decided to split an 8oz filet and then get their chicken artichoke dish to also split. We got a side of sherry-cream mushrooms, too. All was fantastic!! Actually better than fantastic. The steak seasoning was so good I bought tins to bring home to my daughter-in-laws. Started with escargot. My friend had never had the little snails. Only 6 come on the plate, so keep that in mind. Delicious, but only 6. Not rubbery, but cooked to a tender and flavorful creation. The filet was exceptional! Maybe the best I've ever had. Salted & seasoned to perfection and cooked precisely as ordered. Incredible! The chicken meal was creatively delicious. I don't know how they made this chicken so lite, juicy and tender, but they did! It came with deep-fried raviolis. I did not try them but my friend devoured the 6 or so on the plate. Overall, this exceeded all of my expectations! My friend took leftovers to her hubby. The ambiance was the charm of the “Olden Golden Days.” The exterior looks deceiving and that area seems a bit sketchy. We actually left around 11:30p. They had closed but still had many diners, so they don't rush you out. The service was top-notch, so thank you to our server James. And a huge merci beaucoup to the entire team. My 1/2 of the bill (including the two tins of seasoning at $16 each) was $120. (excluded tip). So worth every penny! Can't wait to return!More infoGolden Steer SteakhousePrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Near the Strip•4.8
- RRobinJacksonville / Northeast Florida •17 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoMy fiancé and I chose to have a pre-wedding celebration dinner at Fremont and I’m so glad we found Hugo’s Cellar. We were warmly greeted and sat at a romantic rounded booth. The wait TEAM was amazingly attentive without being overbearing. The Sommelier was one of the most knowledgeable I’ve ever experienced and our wine selection was perfect! The table side salad presentation was fun and fresh! Our entrees, Beef Wellington and Stuffed Shells were generous in portion, piping hot and mouthwatering. We were presented with a Molten Lava Cake, along with their standard chocolate covered strawberries. This grotto style room is dripping in nostalgia from old Vegas. We felt transformed back to a simpler yet classy time! This is my new “old” favorite in Las Vegas!!!! Thank you Hugo’s for a wonderful evening!!!!More infoHugo's Cellar - Four QueensPrice: Very Expensive• Continental• Four Queens Hotel & Casino•4.8
