The western ramparts echo with history, after all this fortified castle was built a 1000 years ago to defend the southern territories from the rampaging north.     A wonderful experience and a lovely complement to our stay in Tuscany. This style of dining brings “the best of both” - the casual, communal, and social dimension of having friends over for dinner, but with the elevated authenticity of a Tuscan food culture. The team here are friendly, warm, and the food was exquisite. We opted for the bistecca upgrade and it was superb! Don’t miss an opportunity to nab a table here.

    The staff is super friendly and committed to help you with all the needs you have. The menu offers a lot of variety of food, vegetarian, fish courses and meat courses, desserts as well. They have a dedicated somalier which suggests about the wine. The food was excellent and it tastes magnificent. The place have very relaxing views , activities live riding horses , open air cinema , music live , tennis , pool , academy of cooking etc. the price overall is equivalent with the service you get! I suggest 10/10. For sure will be back soon again!

    Wonderful dinner. Restaurant is tasting menu only but wonderful choices. Our group had the 10 course with a very generous wine pairing. Dinner was exquisite and a beautiful view.
