We celebrated my husband's birthday and from arrival to leaving received nothing but the best service. Food and drinks were outstanding and did not disappoint. It is one of our favorite places and a must go to.

Toscana Mía is our go-to restaurant for special events. Yesterday was a landmark birthday for me and it was wonderful to be able to book a table for an intimate celebratory dinner.

We walked by the restaurant (La Casa) last week while exploring Bucerias. After discovering it was a Thierry Blouet (via daughter Vanessa) and had just opened recently, we had to try it out. Having dinned at Café des Artistes in PV, in the past, our expectations were high. Vanessa and staff (Gabriel and Daniel were our primary table hosts) were fantastic! Gabriel was a pleasure and talked through the menu with us effortlessly and with genuine pride. The atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed yet upscale while maintaining that "at home" feeling. You could feel Vanessa's creative side flowing through the many flavors we tasted. The mussels were fantastic, the broth worthy of a second loaf of bread to dip. The ratatouille is a must. The oysters with candied leek and buttery air are an example of her unique combinations that tickle the palate. The onion tart is bursting with flavors. The arugula lemon capers side dish (presented like a sharable salad) was refreshing and delightful. The char-grilled red snapper was a beautiful presentation, and the sauce served with it is a must-have combination. The sucking pig melted in your mouth with a sweet potato purée and sauce that blended together perfectly. The pear tart was a warm finish, and the chocolate flan with the rice cloud provided the perfect finish to complement the meal. Overall, the evening was a dining experience we will chalk up as one of our favorites in the 30 years we have been coming to Puerto Vallarta - Nuevo Vallarta - Bucerias area. We booked a table at Si Señor based on reviews. As someone who enjoys authentic Mexican food, I found this to be the version we would expect for tourists, and I mean that in a good way overall. The weight staff was courteous and communicated well. Seating was beautiful with the view of the ocean just as we had hoped. We had calamari that looked like factory made product all the same size and shape. Breading was very heavy. We both had the catch of the day , with my husband, having Seabass and me having mahi-mahi. The fish was a little overcooked and could have been thawed out although it probably wasn’t. The sauce is what made the dish successful. I asked for a fresh salad and had a delicious one with beets and carrots. I was very happy with that. Everyone eating there seemed quite pleased. Not sure if I would go again, but definitely a great place for a large group with wonderful service in a great view.

Always amazing food. The tequila flamed steak was fantastic and perfectly cooked. Juan is the best waiter!
