A wonderful new space, beautifully designed, with a terrace overlooking the surf pool. The food is spectacular and the staff exceedingly friendly. Especially enjoyed the arugula salad, with roasted Spanish peppers stuffed with goat cheese. The main of skirt steak and broccolini was perfectly cooked, and the pavlova for dessert was excellent.

From the start point of the valet making full circle of the night everything was excellent. Great valet, incredible Host Mr Fox meeting guest as they arrive, to the waiters assistant bringing up water and watching over the table to the professional waiter everything running perfectly. As for the salad, prime rib and chocolate lava cake they were all three perfect as can be. The textures, the plating, the seasoning, the temperature, the taste was superb. I knew it would be good but I did not expect the excellence of everything. It’s rare anymore to find a place that values every detail that each employee represents. This place did it. Thank you.

My wife and I who are regular customers of Si Bon came in for an early Valentines Day dinner. We both began with the White Asparagus soup which was delicious. My wife had the Chilean Sea Bass for her entree and myself the Oregon Sand Dabs. We finished our meal with the Valentine Raspberry Mousse which was superb. They make all their meals and desserts fresh every day.

From the minute we arrived at the restaurant the service and attention was impeccable. The food was equally as good and the view is stunning! We’d highly recommend you spend the evening at The Edge!

An absolute delight from the beginning to the end. We were met at the garden gate and whisked to our booth at the bar by a very charming young man who introduced us to our server who was warm, welcoming and very helpful. The decor is gorgeous, retro, fabulous and cozy all at once. I couldn’t stop looking at all the art and objects curated on the shelves behind the bar. Our drinks arrived and were inspired. The menu is wonderful. We shared the onion tart to start and had the pork chop and filet of sole for our main courses. Both prepared and presented to perfection and so delicious!!The music in the background was a hilarious mix from the eighties and the fizz of conversation from the diners at the bar and surrounding tables added to the atmosphere but was never too loud! I have to mention the bathroom because it was such a treat, but you will have to see for yourself!! Get a reservation if you can! It was worth the wait!! I can’t wait to go back, if I can ever get another reservation!!!!
