While visiting the Niagara Falls for the first time my husband and I decided to have dinner at Prime Steakhouse, and I am so glad we did. From the time we walked in until the time we left the experience was awesome. From our views of the falls to see the fireworks to our AWESOME waiter Alvin everything was absolutely amazing! From his service, hospitality, and his recommendations was all on point!!! So if you guys ever are visiting, please please make dinner reservations and ask for ALVIN!!!

Unforgettable experience! The food was absolutely delicious, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. A special shout-out and heartfelt thanks to our waitress, Nitsa, who went above and beyond to make our evening perfect. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly valued as customers. Nitsa’s recommendations were spot on, and her positive energy added such a special touch to the meal.

Truly loved the service. However there was an over charged error on my receipt. I was certain that the Kansas NY CLSC was 64.00$ instead of the 78.00$ charge & paid for on my receipt. Quite unfortunate l didn’t catch it before leaving.

As a Brazilian I can tell, this is the best Brazilian restaurant I tried so far, both units I went Toronto and Niagara are just outstanding Everything tastes just like home, with a such good service that makes the experience even better I just would love to suggest the chefs add batidinha on the holiday’s season menu, and the Brazilian flan, that would be perfect! Obrigada Copacabana, for another great experience!
