Restaurants near Channel Number One Historical

Waiting 3 1/2 years for the hotel and the Sky Room to re-open, I had high expectations and was a bit concerned that I would be disappointed. Holy smokes was I blown away. The food, the level of professionalism and service, the VIEW and menu. The food was exquisite and worth every penny. I am so glad this is within walking distance for us. It is now the spot to be. So long some of our usual hangouts for the best dinner in Long Beach.

Thanksgiving at 555 is insane!! AND the staff does a fantastic job getting everyone to their tables. This is the most organized front staff we have ever witnessed at a Top End Restaurant. As soon as we were seated, our Server, Ray, was at the table opening our bottle of wine. (NO CORKAGE at this wonderful Steak Restaurant!!) How often does that happen? The first thing Ray asks is how much time do we want before ordering. He asked the same question after each course. This is Beautiful!! The last thing we want at a great meal is to be rushed. No need to go on about our steak, as it was just what we ordered. Thanks for a wonderful evening. K&C

Our dinner was on Thanksgiving Day. The restaurant was packed, and the staff was challenged. Despite it all, they gave us excellent service and the food, of course, was delicious. Looking forward to going there again at Christmas.

The food was incredible. The 3 way mezze option was delicious. But the star of the show was the ribeye & chicken skewers. Both were super tender and juicy. I can not wait to go back again. Kuddos to the chef and her family’s recipe.
