Excellent menu, lots of desirable dishes, friendly and prompt service, delicious food, reasonably priced. Hot on arrival, pleasant surroundings.

First time we’ve had the fixed price lunch and it was delicious. Great value for money and the food never fails on taste whether it’s lunch or dinner! Great staff and service as always.

Only our second visit to this lovely restaurant. The food was just as delicious as we remembered and the staff just as lovely. The restaurant was quiet with thankfully unobtrusive background music. The table settings were bright and fresh with lovely linen napkins.

I went with a friend to celebrate her 70th birthday that was in December, the staff made us very welcome, we both had the fish pie with vegetables which was lovely then the chocolate and orange cheesecake and ice cream, my friend had fruit crumble and custard, I asked the staff to put a candle in her pudding which they did and sang happy birthday to her, it really made her day special, a memory she won’t forget of a special day, the puddings were delicious too, all in all a great experience coming here, the staff and food were excellent, I’ll definitely be back again 😊
