This is such a wonderfully consistent dining experience. The fresh sheet presents special treats to alternate or complement a varied menu. We had a fabulous filet, cooked perfectly. Attentive staff just add to a very pleasant evening.

Hands down best food we’ve eaten in Seattle. Pork belly, mackerel, fried mushrooms, and the “smooth” cocktail. All to die for. Also, Vela was a delightful server!!

Service is amazing, they were willing to accommodate moving us to a larger table even after we had sat. Willing to work with my dairy allergy and restrictions. Food was all really good. Only thing I had to say and asked the server to pass onto the kitchen was too much oil on my veggies. The basic salad with the vinaigrette is so good.
