The restaurant is beautifully decorated in Fort Worth western style Excellent menu to choose from. Portion sizes are generous Flavors were so good. Light spice complimenting each menu item we tried. Service was impeccable Loved the rabbit rattlesnake sausage. It was my fave Small restaurant with a great vibe

Great Mexican spot if you are at the Stockyards and want a fun easy place to eat.

Zach was a great waiter and the entire staff was very helpful and friendly. Our meals were served promptly and were very good. We also appreciated the support of our birthday celebration, providing dishes and silverware and delivering the birthday cake we brought with lighted candles! We all decided we would gladly come again.

Excellent food and service at the Hotel Drover. It’s a very large, noisy restaurant. Not ideal for “romantic” evening. But highly recommend the. Shrimp tostada and the NY strip chicken fried steak!

Great food So just a heads up I put a note on our reservation that it was my Wife's birthday. Its a question that the app asks, ie any special occasion we should be aware of. So I put that in there, but nothing happened, so either the restaurant doesnt get the special notes, or ignores them. Not sure, but it would have been nice to have something special happen. We'll still be back to Paloma its a great restaurant
