- OTOpenTable DinerNashville •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoMy colleagues and I went today and had a 5 star lunch just like we would’ve experience at dinner there. Our server, Shelby, and her assistants Max and Kebra, were pleasant and observant. Our every need was met and they left room for us to discuss business. They were all so incredibly attentive without being intrusive, a rare balance. For food: Lobster Mac, divine. Lunch Salmon Bowl was *chefs kiss. The new Skillet Cookie dessert, holy heck, She’s good!... And to who ever made my Don Julio margarita, bless you. I cannot recommend enough the continual level of hospitality and culinary excellence that Jeff Ruby’s provides. I’m looking forward to the next time already. - JJasonWashington, D.C. Area •24 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoGreat experience during the Christmas season. The Hot Brown was amazing and the brussel sprouts were the best I’ve ever had. And what an incredible and historic hotel. Loved just sitting and enjoying this space. PS - I love to people watch and have to acknowledge the adorable grandma, daughter, and granddaughter all in matching red pea coats enjoying what looked like a special evening together.More infoLobby Bar & Grill at the Brown HotelPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown Louisville•4.6
- CCassandraOrlando / Central Florida East •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoEverything about our first experience was amazing. It started with our check in. The hostess was very pleasant and showed us all of the amenities the restaurant had while she walked us to our table. Our waitress Abby was the best. I’ve never had a server come to the table and check on us as many times as she did. She was very detail oriented and explained everything to us with a smile since this was our first visit. On to the food we started with the empanadas that came with one chicken and one beef. They both were good but I preferred the chicken. My daughter who is a picky eater order the polo al mojo and loved that they let her sub her beans for French fries. The chicken was so juicy and seasoned well. My friend had the churrasco and he said it was really good. I had the salmon veradero (guava marinated salmon) it was to die for oh and I forgot to mention the bread with guava butter and garlic butter was a surprisingly tasty addition to our meal. We sat on the patio and it was warm, bright and decorated with a christmas tree and so many places for photo ops. We had to leave to get to our concert but they were setting up for live music on a Tuesday. I would definitely recommend La Bodeguita de mima to anyone 10/10!More infoLa Bodeguita De MimaPrice: Moderate• Cuban• East Market St - NuLu•4.9
- DDougCentral Kentucky •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoWow, just wow! Our experience at J. Graham’s was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. Some of our party arrived early and were promptly seated, setting the tone for an effortlessly smooth afternoon. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the delightful hostess, and a server immediately came by to check in on me. We all opted for the Saturday buffet, and it was outstanding on every level! Every dish I tried (and I tried almost everything) was absolutely delicious—each bite a testament to the care and skill of the culinary team. One of our party members has mobility issues, and we arranged for a scooter to be delivered by a local company. The bell service at the Brown Hotel went above and beyond by holding the scooter until she arrived and promptly bringing it out to her. This thoughtful assistance made her feel comfortable and well-cared-for from the moment she stepped in. What truly stood out, however, was the incredible hospitality. The wait staff were not only friendly and attentive but also genuinely personable. It was clear they took pride in their work, which made the whole experience feel even more special. At one point, I complimented our waitress on the meal and service, and she responded with sincerity, saying, “It’s really great working with this guy,” as the head chef passed by. He graciously stopped for a brief chat, humbly accepting our praise and leaving a lasting impression. The atmosphere at J. Graham’s felt like more than just excellent service—it felt like being welcomed into a family of people who truly love what they do. It’s a testament to both the team and the management, who foster an environment of positivity and excellence. Bravo to everyone at J. Graham’s for going above and beyond, especially in an age where that level of care feels increasingly rare. This restaurant exemplifies true southern hospitality, and if I could rate it beyond five stars, I absolutely would! Thank you for an unforgettable experience.More infoJ Graham's CafePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Downtown Louisville•4.7
