Restaurants near Congress Plaza Shopping Center

My husband and I just purchased the Adelphi hotel residency. We go to Salt & Char quite often. We love,love, love this restaurant. Service, atmosphere to the waitstaff from the minute you walk into the restaurant. Especially Tyler the chef is a very talented and amazing down to earth human. Once of his creation butternut squash soup is to die for and I am hoping that soup will make it to the menu in the very near future.

The food here is unbelievably good I had the short rib and it was perfect in the top three short ribs I've ever had anywhere. I got the octopus for an Advertiser and it was cooked perfectly paired well with the beans they gave you the services friendly and attentive highly recommend this place you can't go wrong

Very nice place to hang out in. Couple of things: during lunch time there was a group of seniors playing table games, and they were rather noisy. Another issue we have noticed is that the waitress wasn’t wearing a uniform, which we expected for such an upscale restaurant…

we splurged for a nice dinner out up in Saratoga at Morrissys on Broadway. Slightly upscale atmosphere , nice sushi bar, with quieter dining area past the bar. We had some craft cocktails and split a lobster salad to start. Susan had seafood risotto while I had seared scollops. Nice selection of wines by the glass or bottle. Attentive and adequate wait staff, our server Emily was personable and knowledgeable. A place we plan to visit again.

It was very special to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary! The staff was awesome ! Gave us a special table , next to the fireplace , dessert on the house and our waitress went above and beyond. She gave us a special give made by herself ! We are very grateful to all the friendly staff at the Inn at Saratoga
