Bricco has garnished superlative reviews from food writers in Boston and around the country – Best Guaranteed Meal in the North End and Best Pasta in Boston just two of the most recent accolades. For drinks, we ordered hot toddies - they were perfectly lemony and spicy for this freezing winter day. For food, we ordered buttermilk biscuits, a west-coast style omelette, and a brisket hash - all the food came out hot and delicious. Both plates came with home fries, and they are top notch here. Will definitely be back again!

We enjoyed our dining experience here a lot. The food was well prepared and flavorful. I was surprised to see zucchini flowers on the menu in December but they were so stuffed and fried, the freshness wouldn’t have mattered. Ambiance lovely. Service was great though perhaps not as attentive as other places. Food was delicious, but everything seemed overly complicated rather than letting just simple but high quality ingredients sing, as I’ve seen done so well in Italy. I’ll definitely return!

Had a great dinner at Red Fox! The pasta was delicious and couldn’t go wrong with the vodka or pesto option. We sat at the bar and the bartender Brent was friendly, kind, and made our experience better.
