Though the menu at Famous Dave's in Hermitage does emphasize the tasty BBQ options, it is not limited just to the famous ribs. There are chicken and pork selections in addition to alternatives like soups, salads, burgers, sandwiches, appetizers and an array of build your own feasts and combo plates.
