Newly relaunched on 10/29/24 as "Heritage East," on the beautiful square in Downtown Tyler.Modern East Texas cuisine by award winning (Cochon 555 "Prince of Pork," Texas Bucket List "Bite of the Season" for our Heritage Pork Chop) and Food Network Chopped featured Chef Lance McWhorter.     The food was amazing. Everything we ate was so fresh, so delicious. The steaks were cooked perfectly. The crab cake tasted right out of the ocean. Drinks were well mixed and high quality. The service was unmatched. We will definitely be back for another special occasion.

    Rick's on the Square never fails to impress. This was our 3rd visit and our meal was delicious! We highly recommend any of the steaks as they are cooked to order and we have never been disappointed! For starters, we highly suggest the shrimp cocktail and calamari. The menu is impressive and we guarantee, there are so many unique choices. Your tastebuds will highly surprised. We recommend Rick's on the square for lunch, dinner and special occasions! The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate requests. The music is enjoyable and the entire ambiance is truly comfortable. Rick's on the Square is a true jewel for Tyler! We will definitely be back!

    Food was wonderful! I had the chopped steak with onions and mushrooms along with green beans and potato soup. My friend had redfish with sweet potato fries and a salad. It allwas yummy as we shared.
