This Is Jim (Jaimito) I am a regular here. I visit once a month. This place rocks. The staff, Fernando, Maite, Beto, Juan Carlos are all the most awesome people and friendly, exceptional customer service. The food is amazing and the tequila is great! Thank you!!

The food at Tahona was some of the best I’ve had. Very carefully prepared, creative without being pretentious. Lots of authentic flavors, definitely not your typical Mexican food. They explain about the sourcing of the ingredients, and it was just an awesome experience. (The Pozole was the “hidden gem”, very different from anything I’ve ever had, and it was fantastic.)

We made last minute reservation and enjoyed a quiet lunch. We have always like going to Fred’s as it is a festival environment and fun to be there and hear the music and laughter of others. This time it was quiet due to it being a Monday afternoon and not much going on in the area. The food was very tasty and service great. And it was pleasant and relaxful to enjoy lunch in the unusual quiet environment . DJ
