They were well equipped to handle the Valentines Day crowd. Food was as good as usual. The service was excellent given they were seating multiple tables of 10 while we were there. They staffed appropriately. Good experience.

The pinnacle Grill was very busy when to had dinner there, but the 4 of us seniors were able to communicate and hear one another. Our waiter was great! The food, burgers and liver and onions, didn’t disappoint! Great price points on all the entrees.

We have been to all Mastros across the US (from Chicago to LA) But have found nobody treats us better with consistent VIP service and quality than this Scottsdale location. Mike Skubisz is the Manager we count on to deliver professional, consistent service, Top Grade AAA Wagyu style! We are treated like VIPs every time. Service , food quality and staff consistently deliver perfection every visit. All his staff have remained consistent since we've been going (for decades) because of their respect for his professional management style. The food was wonderful. Started with the shishito peppers and mushrooms. Both were recos and they were great. Did like the poblano pepper stuffed for dinner. We were three people. One hadhad a fish to be made with halibut. They ran out of halibut so they substituted it with chilian sea bass. Unfortunately, it had to be made twice. The first time the fish was not cooked completely through. Someone else had a casserole dish with seafood and peppers. I think that was the winner for all the dishes. There was more than enough to share. The food was extremely filling in fresh, so there was no room for dessert. I will say the ambience is quite beautiful. We had a reservation, but they set us upstairs, which is a little disappointing since that’s more for people who don’t have reservations. But it was quiet and the wait staff was fabulous. We would definitely try it again.

We dined in the bar with Happy Hour menu with friends. The Preston's burgers were yummy and large portions, the fries were hot and crispy and the crispy green beans were tender and crispy. The buttered parmesan bread was so ADDICTING and served hot and fresh! YUM!! We had Jackson serving us and he was attentive, helpful and super nice as well as all the servers in the bar. And Jackson remembered us from our 1st visit, that's just awesome memory. The check-in front was great and accommodating to my husband's wheelchair. Thank you! We will be coming back. PS... make reservations cuz the bar gets busy 😋
